Old Klang Road is really a food heaven for me! Dining at Kuchai Lama tonight, I am happy that now I can have a nice Klang Bak Kut Teh and Steam Fish Head at Restaurant Soon Huat. As my previous visit, I already said I'll definitely be back for their steam fish head and big bone bak kut teh. I'd bring my mum with me tonight, celebrating a belated birthday for her. We are lucky to get one of the last 2 pieces of fish head left at 8:15pm, finally got to try up their Signature's Traditional Style Steam Fish Head.

Succulent! The pork meat was tender, juicy and fully absorbed the herbs flavour....I like the thicker and heavier herbs taste of Klang Bak Kut Teh...even mum agreed with me....so good...Highly recommended dish!
