So Christmas 2020 and New Year 2021 have come and gone, and it looks like Chinese New Year is just around the corner in a few days time. How the time flies, especially when all we can do is spend most of it pent up safe at home whilst keeping a close eye on the global pandemic. And with the current guidelines set in place for observing the coming holidays and the restrictions around social gatherings, it makes sense to plan a decent dinner at home to at least give the coming holidays some semblance of spiritual renewal and to mark the special if nothing else.
