Ratings: Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 4/5 Everyone have Monday blues and I'm not the exceptional one. I was craving for a nice scone after my morning class but couldn't think of a place to have it. Since I was at Wisma Merdeka area, I went to Coffee Bean for scone. Unfortunately, it wasn't available. I ended up order the breakfast set; Egg and Smoked Salmon Muffin. I chose to have tea instead of coffee. Don't really like the coffee at Coffee Bean. Egg and Smoked Salmon Muffin The Egg and Smoked Salmon was not bad. I love Egg Muffin but kind of disappointed with these one. The smoked salmon had some fishy taste after it had been warmed-up. Other than that, it was okay and acceptable.

Mee and Cake House Location: 6th floor of Wisma Merdeka $$ Ratings: Food: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Visit reviewed: 28/06/10 The Ngiu Chap at 6th floor of Wisma Merdeka is not one that to belittled. It was already well-known by the working crowds around gaya street area. I happened to discovered this shop, two years ago when one of my friend brought me there for lunch. Ngiu Chap Noodle RM5.50 The clear broth was light but does not lacked of flavour. I noticed that most patrons ordered the Kolo Mee, it was probably because of the nice beef stewed gravy being added to the Kolo Mee which makes it tasted extra flavourful. As for the soup version, the beef was so tender and fragrantly good with spices taste. I regretted for not opting for 'only beef' instead of 'mixed beef'. However, the beef tendons, meat ball and beef intestines do tasted not bad as well. With the 'hot' chili sauce, it created the 'oomph' effect while having it. If you are ...

Coffee Bean @ Wisma Merdeka

Chicken Pie RM6.50 This post had been long due in the draft. It was taken few months ago when I had an appointment with Elaine at Coffee Bean. Cut out the craps, everyone of us know about Coffee Bean, so, I'm not going to introduce much about it. Paying RM6.50 for a Chicken Pie is quite pricey. However, after taking a survey on the food price at Coffee Bean, it was actually among the cheapest food that you can find in the Menu. Called me stingy, but who won't skimped on their wallet on a normal working days?  The Chicken Pie at Coffee Bean tasted not bad but not great either. With adequate amount of fillings and comes with some vegetables as a side dish, it was quite satisfying. If not so, at least it is worth of money. Green Tea Instead of Coffee, I had a healthier option, Green Tea.
