The island nation of Taiwan is a crowded place filled with friendly people, good food, affordable accommodations, and some of the best cycling infrastructure in the world. Taiwan is a cycling heaven. We were flying into Taipei with China Airline. This bustling metropolis is crowded with 2.6 million population, a thriving commercial city and most modernise location. There are shopping malls, restaurants, night markets and entertainment centres.

Asian Bike Tour Thailand 2017 (Northern Thailand - 4 provinces Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan)

15 avid cyclists from Malaysia were invited for the Asian Bike Tour (Northern Thailand). This race offer a huge prize over USD$3000 for 1st prize and USD$300 less for every subsequent position till 10th place. This is an epic bike tournament with over 17000 m of elevation and to covered 1200 km in 7 days race. The gradients on climbs often exceeded 20%. It was really impossible to make it with my Cervelo R2 - 32 tooth cassette.

Asian Bike Tour Thailand 2017 from 1st September - 7th September 2017 at Northern Lanna region, Thailand

A group of cyclists from Malaysia are going for Asian Bike Tour, this is a bike race with only 200 qualifier cyclists, race started on 1st September - 7th September 2017 which the cyclist have to cover 1,200km in 7 days and most of the routes are climb. Each day the cycling distance is from 165km - 220km and the cut of time will depends on the distance, maximum cut of time will be 12 hours for 200km. Koh Dach or Silk Island - Cannondale ride with Flyingbikes2 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Koh Dach known as ‘Silk Island’ by foreigners, this is actually a pair of islands lying in the Mekong River about 5km northeast of the Japanese Friendship Bridge and is only 15 kilometres from the centre of Phnom Penh. This Mekong River island's main attractions are its beach and its handicrafts community of silk weavers, wood carvers, potters, painters, and jewelry makers. The beach isn't spectacular by Southeast Asian standards, but it is convenient for Phnom Penh getaways.

Phnom Baset situated about 32km northwest of Phnom Penh we stopped by at topping a steep hill. Its extraordinary design resembles a cave and faces the west, which contrasts with other Khmer temples facing the east.
