It is always a pleasure attending invite by Hyatt. If you don’t already know, Hyatt has completely redone their décor, with Less Is More principle the factor in everything fixtures and fittings. But the food is anything but less. It is bountiful, delicious, and oh so pleasant to the eye, not only because food is decorated artistically, but prepared fresh in full transparent view, so every single corner is now an action counter, with food made to order, which not only keeps them fresh and warm, but also reduce wastage.

There is something new and exciting happening at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu. The crew of everydayfoodilove were lucky to be invited to witness this new transformation. Hyatt Regency Kinabalu has launched its brand new dining outlet, Tanjung Ria Kitchen, which was designed to become known as a lifestyle venue and set a refreshing new standard for dining in Kota Kinabalu.

This Ramadhan, the Hyatt Regency Kinabalu is delighted to once again host the ultimate buka puasa feasts featuring an astounding array of more than 200 varieties of traditional breaking-fast fare and international favourites to suit every taste bud. To outfit the kampong ambiance in this year's theme, Bazaar Ramadhan, Hyatt is hosting our buka puasa in the Kimanis Ballroom where it can sit up to 300 diners at one time.

Award-winning Nagisa is one of the leading Japanese restaurants in Kota Kinabalu located in an international five-star hotel chain in the city. The dark wood panels and narrow passages open to a large restaurant with separate spacious dining areas, including a sushi counter, two teppanyaki tables, a tatami room and two additional private dining rooms.

Once again, Ms Julia Chan, PR manager for Hyatt Kinabalu Regency, played gracious host for everydayfoodilove. This time around we were invited to sample, among others, our most favorite food in this world - Big Juicy Burger. But this is no ordinary burger, why? 2 words - Wagyu Beef!!!
