My weekend favourite hangout spot with friends and family. Expect to wind down your hectic life at LA'VIN WINERY, it has a cozy and relaxing ambient for a perfect glass of good wine. Absolutely a great place to hangout with love ones, friends and even business associates. Aside from a varieties of good wine lists, they also serve quality good food here. I have been frequent to this place for dining, my favourite are the pork chop, roast pork salad and smoky fries. Staffs are friendly and good services.

Traditional Recipe Restaurant serves an array of Chinese food and delicacies, with a variety of noodle, rice, porridge, soup, dumplings and side dishes. homemade dessert also available here, traditional tea, cold and hot beverages, ice blended and even liquor beverages. Currently they have two branches, one in Kuchai Lama and another in Kota Damansara. The restaurant is decorated with many wooden ornaments and newspaper cuttings of food reviewed they had featured in.

Hunan is a province of the People’s Republic of China near the Xiang river region, thus Hunan cuisine also being known as Xiang cuisine. Hunan Cuisine uses a lot of Chilli Pepper, Shallots and Garlic while as Sichuan cuisine uses "Mala", the numbing effect and the dishes. Hunan Cuisine are drier spicier compared to Sichuan Cuisine which uses more complex flavour combinations. I like piping hot noodles with a good broth at Win Soon Fish Head Noodle Cafe, this place always crowded during lunch and dinner. You get a choice of fish head, fillets, fish paste or even the deluxe addition of prawns. Price for a basic noodles start from RM8.50 onward and I believe most of the customers don’t mind to pay for a bowl of lip smacking fish head noodle with this price range. Simply love their tasty rich broth filled with rice vermicelli, salted vegetables, evaporated milk, shredded ginger, sliced of tomato, crispy pork lard fritters and big chunk fried fish head meat and nice springy bite of fish paste. Besides the traditional serving, you can opt to have variations which come with toppings like fish paste, squid balls or prawns

Goon Wah Restaurant serve the best fish head mee hoon and clay pot low she fun, it's not hard to locate this place, look out for a row of semi-rundown shop lots, it's sandwich right in the middle by workshops on both sides. You can be seated inside the shop, the 5 feet al-fresco walkway and the air-condition area. Their first signature's dish is the XO fish head noodle, comes in the sizes of large, larger and largest so if you're sharing with another 2 friends, make sure you order the claypot low she fun cause it's a must try dish!

Restoran Kari Kepala Ikan Tiga @ Kuchai Lama

While the name of the restaurant might be deceiving, their signature dish is actually Steamed Fish in Superior Soup with a variety of seafood. As for me, I find their Steamed Fish with Ginger tasted really good.

Restoran Soon Huat Klang Bak Kut Teh @ Kuchai Lama

Klang is where they said the origin or birthplace of Bak Kut Teh, now is widely available everywhere in Malaysia, we don't have to travel all the way to Klang for it. Klang BKT has a signaficant slightly thicker type of soup or broth, to some people the heavier in herbs and color made it tasted better. Don't be suprised at Soon Huat Restaurant, one of their signature dish is actually Steam Fish Head with ginger, garlic and onion paste, which can be sold out as early during weekend and of course you must try their Signature's Big Bone Klang BKT. Others recommended dish: Salted Fish Pork Meat Cake, Chili Fried Kampung Fish, Pork Leg Vinegar, Baked Salted Chicken, Assam Cuttle Fish and etc.

Restoran Lim Kee is hidden at the back row of shoplots, this famous restaurant used to be located next to FGA Old Klang Road but that place has been demolished, so they moved to the shoplot across the road.

  Jojo serve a huge variety of pan mee, from dry to soup in various kinds of noodle form and toppings. Most crowded on weekdays or weekends during lunch and dinner, you might find that you have to queue for a table during peak hours. It is not easy to find something cheap and nice to eat for lunch or dinner, that's why Jojo Pan Mee always sardine packed.

At Jo Jo, they are serving a huge variety of pan mee here, from dry to soup in various kinds of noodle form and toppings. This small little restaurant on weekdays or weekends are always jam packed, you might find that you have to queue for a table during lunch hours. Jojo Pan Mee is cheap and nice to eat, that's why they are always sardine packed with people during lunch and dinner time.

Restoran Bak Kut Teh Yeap Heng @ Kuchai Lama

This restaurant is recommend by Fabulous Food 1Malaysia Guide book. Their Dry bak kut teh is so unique , meat are tender and soft, aroma fragrant was really good. Must try the trotter in vinegar, stomach pepper soup and the yam rice. Really good and so delicious!!!
