21 March 2023, Seri Kembangan - Palace of the Golden Horses is proud to launch the Iftar Orchid Ramadan Raya “Meaning of Ramadan” Festival. The festival is a unique and immersive Ramadan and Raya festive event that celebrates the sacred Muslim month in the beauty and elegance of nature. The event will take place from 23rd March to 21st April 2023, with orchids as the key theme for this year.

11 January 2020, Mines Wellness City Palace of the Golden Horses is in collaboration with the organiser Golden Fivers Global to host Golden 2020 Night Run here in Palace of the Golden Horses and surrounding areas of Mines Wellness City. Golden Fivers Global is a private organisation founded in 2018 by a visionary young woman, Ms Rabiatul Adawiyyah Izzaddin. They are specialised in event planning and management involving sports, team building and charity events. Previously, they had organised the event Ultimate Reds Battle Fun Run in February 2019, held  in Dataran Kemerdekaan Shah Alam and attended by more than 4000 participants consisting of the combination between fans of Liverpool and fans of Manchester  United.

During one of my recent forays in Kuala Lumpur, I was given the opportunity to witness Master Roller Yuri Damian Martinez of Cuba demonstrate the art of cigar rolling at the Fidel Cigar Lounge, Palace of the Golden Horses. Incidentally, the lounge is named after the renowned Cuban Leader, Fidel Castro in commemoration of his visit and stay with the Palace of the Golden Horses in the early 2000s .

The largest art exhibition of renowned paintings and calligraphy in Southeast Asia was recently held the Palace of the Golden Horses earlier this month. Jointly organised by Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew and Executive Director Professor Zhang Bu Sheng, the exhibition featured more than 400 works from contemporary luminaries in China. It was a great opportunity for chinese art lovers to appreciate the many works on display.
