We order a cup to raise our spirit, to socialise; the aromatic beverage even demonstrates deep culinary potential in the hands of chefs. From 19 July to 2 August, boutique single origin coffee KAFA will make the first appearance in Hong Kong, featured in a special tasting dinner at Nicholini’s. Not only has chef Riccardo Catarsi created a menu filled with fragrant, roasted coffee flavours, the dinner will also be accompanied by coffee cocktails that highlight KAFA's distinctive characteristics.

Lobby Lounge’s New Afternoon Tea Demonstrates the Power of Imagination in collaboration with PAPINEE

Afternoon tea used to be a formality reserved for the wealthy, but living in the modern time allows us to use a bit of imagination and creativity to turn the everyday teatime into a wonderful experience. In collaboration with PAPINEE, the global Children's Storytelling Social Enterprise, Conrad Hong Kong will take guests on a magical adventure from 9 May to 30 June. Based on the brand’s story and the PAPINEE Horse - Rus, hotel executive chef Claudio Rossi and pastry chef Billy Yuen has created an array of French pastries and snacks whimsical as those in the tea parties of a fairytale.
