The flagship SHAREDA Property Hunter Expo (SHAREDA PH Expo) Tawau will be happening this weekend from 16 to 18 May 2014 (10:00am to 8:00pm) at the Lau Gek Poh Foundation Hall. This free-to-attend event is jointly organized by the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) and Maxx Media (S) Sdn Bhd returns to Tawau. It will feature over 32 exhibitors consisting of local and international developers, property agents and banks.

This will be the second year that the flagship exhibition, SHAREDA Property Hunter Expo (PH Expo) returns to Sandakan. This event will be held from 11 to 13 April 2014 (10:00am to 8:00pm) at the Yu Yuan Secondary School Function Hall.This free-to-attend exhibition is jointly organized by the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) and renowned property exhibition organizer Maxx Media (S) Sdn Bhd. It will feature over 56 booths consisting of both local and international developers, property agents and banks.

The 2014 Property Hunter Expo (PH Expo) saw over 15,000 visitors during the three-day event. A total of 200 units were sold which collectively were worth over RM150 million. Organizer Maxx Media (S) Sdn Bhd made an earlier pledge to donate RM50 for every unit sold to Habitat for Humanity. Through the sales, they managed to raise RM10,000 for the non-governmental organization that helps eliminate poverty housing by building affordable houses for the less fortunate. Apart from this, public donation coupled with donation made by speakers at the expo amounts to RM4605.55. Speakers who donated the money from their book sales are Ahyat Ishak, Chris Tan, Michael Yeoh, Faizul Ridzuan and Richard Oon.

The 2014 Property Hunter Expo (PH Expo) took place last weekend at the Sabah Trade Centre in Kota Kinabalu. The free-to-attend exhibition featured over 50 developers and more than 70 properties from Australia, Singapore, West Malaysia, Sarawak and Sabah. It featured over 100 booths, an exhibition gallery and multiple Property Investment Talks conducted by high caliber speakers from the industry.

The second edition of the Property Investment and Home Expo (PIHex) will be held from 10 to 12 May at the Sabah Trade Centre from 10:00am to 8:00pm. PIHex aims to showcase the vibrant property developments in Malaysia and beyond. The Expo strives to educate the public by presenting a variety of property investment opportunities available in the market, as well as to educate keen property investors and homebuyers with the latest information on industry movement.

Award-winning photographer Louis Pang will be giving away free portrait sessions to all mothers who attend the 2013 Property Investment and Home Expo (PIHex). The Expo will be held on 10 to 12 May 2013 at the Sabah Trade Center, and the photo booth will be in operation on the last two days from 12:00pm to 6:00pm .
