Image
In Journey Within, we are devoted to introduce ways of discovery of individual inner reality and development of spiritual awakening through the practice of yoga and meditation. Recognizing that peace in the world comes from within the mind, our aim is to inspire all to learn to let go of the old ways of thinking and return to the reality of nature through cultivation of bare “awareness” free from all ritual practices and religious believes. Whilst many meditation and yoga methods are being practiced now with different or even no aim at all, it is the kind of practices served as an aid to ultimate spiritual awakening that cease all sufferings of humanity that really interest us.

Din Tai Fung at e@Curve

Image
I've been invited for the soft launch of Din Tai Fung e@Curve, they're having a trial run for their business to make sure their services efficiency and food quality reach their guest expectation. Din Tai Fung has been voted Top 10 Restaurants in the World by The New York Times and has garnered 1 Michelin Star. This Taiwanese restaurant serves on of the best Xiao Long Bao (steamed dumplings). Open kitchen concept is their trademark and also well-appointed decor, serving comfort food like pork chop fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. Or go for a heartier meal, the braised Beef La-mian, springy noodles wallowing in rich beefy soup. I would highly recommend this be a once a week family visit restaurant with dishes like steamed chicken soup, fried rice with pork chop that is incredibly tender, noodle soups and wantons (all hand-made) that will please anyone and any age group.

Kennedy’s Restaurant @ Dataran Sunway

Image
American food, how should we define it really? I have never been to the USA so I can’t be a good judge on what really constitutes good American food except that it should involve steak, lots of fries and a big portion! Save from the big portion part (to cater to the local’s portion) , I have found a restaurant that serves a hearty steak and generous amount of fries with reasonable prices. Also, if a name like Kennedy’s doesn’t scream American enough, I don’t know what would.
