PETRA Cucina, officially opened the doors to its flagship outlet, Roberto’s 1020 Osteria (Roberto’s) in Bangsar Shopping Centre today. The restaurant aspires to bring high-end casual Tuscan dining experience to lovers of Italian cuisine in Kuala Lumpur. Officiated by the Italian Ambassador, H.E. Cristiano Maggipinto and Chief Executive and Chairman of PETRA Group, Datuk (Dr) Vinod Sekhar, the launch was attended by a host of other esteemed guests.  The flagship restaurant will be the first of many Roberto’s as PETRA Cucina is set to open more outlets across Malaysia, and within the region. Northwest Cherries from the United States, the most popular cherry amongst Malaysian consumers made the new season debut at Jasons Food Hall, Bangsar Shopping Centre recently. Northwest Cherries make up 75% of cherry sales in Malaysia, proof that when it comes to cherries, it takes the cake. Mr Chris Rittgers, Agricultural Attaché of the United States Embassy of Malaysia made an honoured appearance to launch the new season of Northwest Cherries.
