The Tree House Kitchen & Bar

Image
I haven't been about on a foodie spree for a long time now ever since my slow recovery. March and April saw me slowly getting back into the rhythm of things, and I am glad to report that if anything, it made me appreciate more the things life had to offer. The finer things in Life! What are they? For me, it would be access to affordable good food, having good health and being secure with your loving family and friends. And what if you can have all three at the same time? It is easy to orchestra, just give some of those you want to see a call, make a whatsapp group, and invite them all to the newest places to hang and chill in town. If you're into some retro music, wanna avoid crowded places and bad traffic, give this place a try.

Peking Duck @ Solaris

Peking Duck @ Solaris opened on an auspicious date 11.11.11, it's one of the latest member of the Palace Group of Chinese restaurants (which includes Imbi Palace, Pavilion's Grand Palace and PJ's Jaya Palace). This is the newest outlet for the Palace Group of restaurants which choose to specialise in Peking Ducks. The interior is inviting with a spacious high ceiling settings and brightly light up dining hall, it created a comfortable and cosy feeling. For more privacy, you can dine or make a reservation at their 3 private rooms located on the mezzanine floor with a fully equipped karaoke system. Why not have a relaxing alfresco dining, this area can cater to steamboats too.

Grand Opening of Shogun Japanese Buffet Restaurant by Saisaki @ SOHO KL, Solaris Mont Kiara

Image
Invitation to the "Grand Opening of Shogun @ Soho KL, Solaris Mont Kiara on the 17th Nov 2011". If I have to describe Shogun's latest outlet in one sentence, it would be this: A massive restaurant offering a scrumptious healthy Japanese buffet with a little twist. My reasons for saying this are as follows. Shogun by Saisaki @ Soho KL, Solaris Mont Kiara is Shogun's 5th and biggest outlet. Its floor size is 29,000 square feet with the capacity to sit 500 - 600 guests at one time. Approximately 65% of the menu is Japanese cuisine but for those who are not that big a fan of Japanese food, there are other options. The buffet selection with more than 200 varieties of new delicious dishes, offering Chinese, Western and Thai dishes as well.
