Levain Boulangerie Patisserie, a French-style bakeryis located in the quiet streets off Jalan Imbi, in colonial-style bungalow. Their breads and pastries are baked all day using natural yeast, in a traditional stone oven which imparts a unique flavour and texture to the breads and pastries. Indulge in a cup of coffee and enjoy some freshly baked breads and pastries. There are over 60 varieties of breads and pastries are served at Levain. Their Japanese baker and patissier working together with their Australian patissier and local bakers to come up with an average of 4 new items monthly.

It was one of our favourite place for dinner. It had been a while since our last visit and I almost forgotten about this place until I saw the photos contributed by my friends. Stir-fried Carrot Cakes The Stir-fried Carrot Cakes was one of my sister, Monica's favourite. She loves the savoury Carrot Cake which was soft but fragrant when stir-fried with bean sprouts and egg. Thai Style BBQ Pork Neck Meat The Pork Neck Meat was one of the best part of pork meat. Tender and smooth. It was grilled to perfection and eaten with the Thai sauce. Mouth watering dish. Wantan Mee + Duck The Wantan Mee was good as well. Springy noodle with flavourful sauce. You can choose to have the noodle with Roasted Duck, Roasted Pork or Char Siu. Delicious! I read reviewed from other bloggers about this restaurant famous for their Sang Har Mien but gonna be pricey a bit, don't mind paying a little more for good food. This restaurant has been around for quite sometime. Drinks, RM1.50 Fried Beef Kuey Teow, RM9.00 We all agree that this was really good, with savoury wok taste, big portion and lots of tender juicy beef meat, very nice wat tan sauce witha hints of ginger aroma. You must try this! Fried Sang Har Mien (2 person serving size), RM70.00 Big fresh prawn, tasted like lobster, very well deep fried thin noodle, and delicious wat tan sauce.
