The signature creations of each speciality chef are showcased and highlighted in an interactive and engaging way via tent cards containing the name of the dishes and special QR codes to direct diners to dedicated web pages with exclusive information such as introduction videos by the chefs, chef profiles and recipe of each signature dish.

Chinese New Year specialities and prosperity set menus are in place at Shang Palace of Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur to welcome the Year of the Dog from 8 January till 2 March 2018. From 27 September to 1 October 2017, award winning chef Takayuki Oshima, Group Executive Chef from Nadaman is set to delight the taste buds of diners at Zipangu, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur with his special creations of Kaiseki cuisine for dinner and special set menu for lunch. The dinner course menus are priced at RM 580nett and RM 380nett and are also available a la carte from RM 30 to RM 150. The lunch set menu is priced at RM 150nett.

Beats and Brunch is a new concept of dining at Lafite, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur which will debut on Sunday, 6 August 2017 between 12noon to 3pm. The brunch will feature an array of ‘all-you-can-eat’ contemporary French cuisine with delicious entrées, mains, desserts and a la minute delights prepared by Executive Chef Olivier Pistre.
