The Return of Lemon Garden Cafe @ Shangri La Hotel Kuala Lumpur
Before my visit to Shangri-La Hotel, I did a little asking around. My question; have you been to the Lemon Garden? 9 out of 10 persons I spoke to said yes, and of these 16 said it was great (the other 7 were bystanders who joined in abruptly to share their experience)! It was therefore with high expectations that I descended unto the famous landmark hotel in Kuala Lumpur on Friday evening for a visit.

The Lemon Garden Cafe re-opened on Monday, 27 February 2017 after a period of intense renovation. The main restaurant of Shangri-La hotel, I was impressed by the restaurant’s clean and warm ambience. Designed by Bond Design Studio Inc from Japan, the restaurant is furnished modernly with gleaming patterned floor tiles, framed glass panels and ceilings lit with pendant lights and warm light orbs.
Boasting a seating capacity of 368 persons, the Lemon Garden Cafe also has a garden terrace and a stylish alfresco dining area outside overlooking the outdoor garden, a Koi Fish pond as well as a water fountain.
