Highly recommended you make a reservation if you are dining at El Cerdo on the weekends, it is packed. It was bustling with busy waiters and happy chatter, most of the time interrupted by the smashing of plates from tables that ordered their famous suckling pig comes with a Spanish tradition celebration where the guest is invited to carve the crispy roast pig with a plate revealing the tender meat, then make a wish and smashes the plate in a wooden bucket to get rid of the bad luck.
