After going through the restaurant makeover process, Restoran Sri Delima had transformed to be a much more interesting place for food. Serving varieties of food; from Economy Rice/Noodle, Fried Rice, Fried Noodle, Dim Sum to Cakes, Pastries and Buns, the restaurant also possessed a friendly yet comfortable ambiance for its diners.

I was craving for the fried fish. Although it was winter solstice festival whereby I should have been at home having reunion dinner with my family, I didn't managed to get back to KL as I had planned to take a long holiday during CNY. Deep Fried Fish with Black Bean Sauce Instead of Sweet and Sour sauce, I decided to have a change and ordered the Black Bean Sauce. If you are a fan of the can food, Fried Dace with Black Bean, you'll love these dish which had a close to similar taste to it. Crispy fried fish with smooth and succulent flesh goes really well with the savoury sauce which tasted a little spicy with a hint of sweetness. Serving only a limited types of local dishes, this humble looking shop was not one to belittled. With the noticeable crowds patronising the restaurant, it successfully caught our attention.  Sweet and Sour Fish RM10 Fried Fish is one of their signature dish and it comes with few choices of sauce to go with. I chose the Sweet and Sour sauce, a more appetizing option. Afraid that it could be expensive, I questioned the staff before making my order. Surprisingly, the minimum price of the fish only cost RM10.00. The fish was fried till real crispy and even the fins was crunchy. We enjoy our meal and have a good chatting time here. Good food really bring joy and people together, everyone of us share the same passion for food. Will definitely dine here again! Mixed Vegetables, RM15.00 No complain, good! Sambal Sotong, RM18.00 Well cooked, nice spicy flavour....good to go with rice! Asam Fish Head, RM30.00 Quite a big fish head. Oooh, we like the asam gravy....delicious!
