Shuijiao, literally translated as 'water dumpling', is a type of dumpling cooked by boiling. It typically consist of grounded meal and/or vegetable filling wrapped into a thin rolled piece of dough. It is usually served in broth or accompanied by noodle.

The different between Shuijiao and wantan is Shuijiao have a thicker skin and bigger size with more fillings. Every piece of the dumplings were generously loaded with minced pork. Served in broth with egg noodle, it come with a great satisfaction.
 
 
 
Yee Mee Soup RM7.00
Yee Mee are round coils of noodles which have been deep fried hence are crispy. Served in hot broth together with chicken and choy sum, it can turn out to be a great dish you'll enjoy. The crispy noodle soaked with broth will become soft but still maintained its springiness and tasted great with nice aroma.
