Festival celebrates 5th year anniversary, tickets for three-day culinary fair are now on sale Singapore (1 June 2017) – Marina Bay Sands’ signature culinary festival, Epicurean Market, is set to cook up a storm on 11 – 13 August at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre this year. To commemorate its fifth-year milestone, Epicurean Market 2017 will offer a new Singapore street food experience and cocktail bar inspired by local flavours.

Marina Bay Sands is set to unveil an unprecedented entertainment experience with a new, state-of-the-art light and water show, Spectra, on 2 June. The city skyline will glimmer with a kaleidoscope of colours and spectacular lights each night with Spectra, a free-to-public outdoor light and water show displayed over the water at the Event Plaza along the promenade. Combining an array of state-of-the-art lasers, lighting, water effects and projections, the show promises to be a multimedia extravaganza set to an orchestral soundtrack composed by award- winning local music producer Kenn C. At the heart of the performance lies a bespoke, 12-metre tall laminated glass-and-stainless-steel prism that bursts into life throughout the show.

Ticket sales are now on sale for this three day culinary extravaganza .  Marina Bay Sands’ culinary extravaganza makes its return from 12-14 August 2016 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 1 (Hall A, B, and C) and aims to be the best edition yet. Now in its fourth year, Epicurean Market proves that it is still the premier gastronomic event for food and wine lovers. The three-day festival is packed with new offerings this year, from the introduction of award-winning restaurant Yardbird Southern Table and Bar to an expanded farmer’s market and an extensive collection of complimentary and paid masterclasses by Singapore’s leading wine and spirits experts.
