Jim Jom - Pork Set, RM39 (300g Sliced Pork, Sirloin and Mixed Vegetables)
Jim Jom (dip and dunk), something like shabu-shabu or steamboat which I enjoy the most, nothing can beat the piping hot broth like this, it's sweet, spicy, sour, salty and aromatic. It hits all the parts of your tastebud. It will be fun having this meal with group of friends.
Mr. Simon way of having Jim Jom, try add Chang Beer to it, you'll be surprised how good it'll turns out, unexpectedly delicious.
Mr.Simon done all the dirty job for us, grilling all the meat. Started off by greasing the skillet with pork lard and then slowly arranged the meat slices on top of the dome and the other rest of the ingredients are dump into the pork bone broth.
