Established in May 2014, the SOULed OUT at Nexus is large and spacious, with two sections for seating guests; an air-conditioned area and a commodious alfresco styled-area. The place was lively and relaxed, and many patrons were there as friends having dinner together or celebrating a birthday, co-workers chilling out or as a family having the evening meal together. Everyone was just having a good time.

They have so much going for this outlet, with regular parties to commemorate Christmas, New Year's Eve, Oktoberfest, St. Patrick's Day and a slew of others. They also have live music on Wednesdays for the urbanite seeking the mid-week break from the grind, and they sport large TV screens for you to catch your favourite football matches. They even have a schedule for football match screenings at their website, go check it out.
And with decades of experience in the FnB industry, SOULed OUT kitchens and bars offers some of the best signature foods and drinks in the Klang Valley, with dedicated menus for both items. Their kitchens for example, specializes in four different kinds of foods, catered around Asian food, Western food, Northern Indian food and pizzas. As an added value for families, their menu also caters to children and they even have a section for light eaters with a local flavour.

Caribbean Jerk Chicken (RM25)
No, when the chicken arrived it was quite amiable. Jerk is actually a style of cooking from Jamaica, where meats are marinated using a spicy mixture called Jamaican Jerk spice which consists principally Pimento and Scotch Bonnet peppers, but may also include other ingredients such as cloves, cinnamon, scallions, nutmeg, thyme, garlic, brown sugar, ginger and salt. In this case, the chicken thigh was marinated in Jerk spices, then grilled to the point where it is nicely seared on the outside but tender and moist on the inside. It is accompanied with vegetables and sautéed fragrant rice which quickly became a favourite.

Tandoori Chicken Special (RM24)
There are so many ways to prepare poultry, but nothing can quite match this North Indian dish in terms of its savoury taste and the uniqueness of its preparation which requires the meat to be marinated with yogurt and subsequent seasoned with Indian spices. It is then cooked in a charcoal-fired clay oven called a Tandoor which imparts its name to the dish. This is served with raitha, papadam and your choice of pulao rice or plain naan.

Sang Har Mein (RM30)
This classic Chinese dish is simply delicious! It is crispy noodles, crowned with a trio of large deep fired fresh water prawns which are then doused with an egg-based gravy.

Sambal Prawn and Squid (RM20)
This spicy dish is cooked with SOULed OUT's secret sambal paste, the taste of which tantalises the taste buds. Consisting of juicy prawns and squids, it is stir-fried together with the sambal paste, onions and long beans. This dish is accompanied by sesame fried rice.

Camembert Beef Pastrami (RM20)
This Beef Pastrami soon became another favourite and it goes well with any drink you order. Beef, Camembert cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes and Balsamic cream is sandwiched between Five Seed bread and then toasted. And if you are with friends, cutting it into neat equal sized triangles makes it excellent finger food for sharing.

Mama Mia (RM23)
SOULed OUT pizzas come in two sizes, a modest 8 incher or the larger 11 incher. This excellent pizza is topped with Salted Anchovies, Beef Bacon, Black Olives, Garlic, Chopped Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Tomato sauce.

Dragonfly (RM14)
This zesty drink is SOULed OUT’s signature juice. It is a combo of Red dragon fruit, Watermelon, Strawberry puree and Fresh Lemon Juice.

Lychee Mojitos (RM28)

Passion and Lychee Margarita (RM26)

Malibu Sunrise Cocktail (RM50)

Strawberry Fields Smoothie (RM17)

Ice Kacang
This ultimate local dessert will definitely satisfy anyone who has a sweet tooth craving! Finely-shaven Ice is crowned with Sweet Corns, Cendol, Red Beans and Black Jelly. It is accompanied by a small pitcher of Brown Sugar Syrup which you can, at your discretion, drizzle over the dessert to taste. Pour it all over, you know you want to! And additional option would be to top this with a scoop of Häagen-Dazs ice cream.
