QQ Cafe Satay Celup @ Penampang

Its been less than a week since the team had Satay Celup in Melaka, yet here we are at it again..this time at our very own backyard, at Jalan Penampang Bypass. This is a buffet style eat-all-you-can steamboat. The difference is that you can choose satay-style peanut sauce, and all their food are on sticks, its like Satay meets luk-luk and had a love child kind of setting.

Buffet Style...Satay Celup
Eat All You Can for RM22.00 per person
Anyway the food selection is awesome. You have various processed food like fishcake, stuffed beancurd, meatballs, fishball and so on. They don't have a lot of fresh meat but they do have chicken, beef, prawn, crabs, pork, but don't expect them to be marinated (like you would find in Putra Steamboat) but I guess because of the peanut sauce, then you don't need a lot of marination. Besides the satay celup, the restaurant also serve finger food, such as deepfried chicken wings, nuggest, noodles..so its a really nice combo of nimble-on-fingerfood-while-you-cook. Freeflow drinks of cold water, chinese tea and cordial drinks are available. So there's no need to fork out extra for drinks.

The dinner will run up to RM22.00 per person, of course this is probably a promo price till further notice, so get off that chair and head on over to the opposite side of millennium plaza (that's where this restaurant is located) and eat to your hearts desire. Although we should highlight that this is a non-halal place.

*scratch off from list. Nearly wanted to go test, then I saw the non-halal label. *sweat.
