Fu Gua Thong is famous for its many different favors, and almost each dishes has its own unique taste, hot, sour, sweet, salty. Cooking their food in many different methods, e.g., stir frying, pan frying, smoking, steaming, and the most common deep frying. This soup consist a very mild taste of bitter gourd, non existence of bitter taste and was filled with thin sliced bitter gourd, pork meat and internal organs of pig.
