Soup of the day, RM5.00
This is a popular soup, featuring the mild, sweet taste of winter melon, is often served at Chinese home.
Claypot Assam Fish, RM30.00
The claypot assam fish also hits the spot with loads of brinjal and long beans, it soaks up the yummy gravy so well. The balance of spices in the gravy is just right, with a hint of sourness and sweetness that suits me fine. The fish, which is partially steamed on order and then cooked with the assam gravy to absorb the flavours, comes out so tender that the flesh flakes off at the touch of a fork. My favourite dish....yum...yum!
Onion Tofu, RM8.00
Steamed Beancurd top with deep fried garlic, onion, shrimp, fragranted oil and oyster sauce...simple home-cooked style.
Sweet Sawi, RM8.00
