JIN MUI RESTAURANT @ Lintas

Mentioned about Dim Sum, Roasted Meat and Wantan Noodle, it will reminds us of Hong Kong. Located at Lintas, behind Rain Pub, there is a new restaurant which serves Hong Kong cuisine.

Condiments

Drinks

Ngau Lam Mee (Beef Brisket Noodle) RM5.50
The tender beef brisket was flavourful and fragrant with star anise flavour. Served with springy noodle mixed with sauce and blanched vegetables, the dish was delicious.

Dim Sum will be freshly cook upon ordering. The prices of the Dim Sum ranging from RM3.50 to RM5.00.

Siew Mai (Pork and Prawn Dumpling)
Fresh, meaty, juicy and lightly seasoned. It won't leave you feeling thirsty after eating.

Char Siew Bao (BBQ Pork Bun)

Har Gao (Steamed Prawn Dumpling)

Beef Ball
The Beef Ball was juicy, delicious and fragrantly good. It is one of the recommended dish in the restaurant.

Steamed Veal Ribs
Another recommended dish (by the boss) is the Steamed Veal Ribs. Deliciously flavoured, the veal ribs were steamed with yam, it reminds me of the Hakka Braised Pork with Yam. However, the taste of the veal ribs was nothing similar to pork. It tasted milky and tender. Indeed, it is a very special dish.

Total paid, RM31.30

The dim sum dishes are made exactly to Hong Kong taste. The menu selection is quite limited at the moment as we are still doing a test run, until the official opening (we'll keep you posted!).

Thanks Angeline for the recommendation and hope to see you & your friends again!
