Braised Shark Fin Soup with Dried Scallop
A must-have dish in a wedding dinner. It tasted good especially with some black vinegar added to the soup.
Braised Whole Abalone with Mushroom
Mentioned in the restaurant's name itself, abalone is the signature dish of the restaurant and this is what we had been waiting for. The abalone was very well prepared. The texture was soft and smooth. It absorbed the gravy and tasted deliciously good.
Steamed Tiger Garoupa with Superior Soya Sauce
The fish was fresh and well-steamed. The meat was smooth and the sauce tasted good.
Wok Fried Tiger Prawn with Oat
The fried Tiger Prawn was a little bit greasy but the meat was fresh and sweet. Coated with Oat, the fragrant was very good.
Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Anchovies
The only staple food of the night. The main purpose of the fried rice is to fill-up the stomach (for those who doesn't have enough of the food). It tasted average. 
Sweetened Pear and Sea Coconut with Rock Sugar
Finally, it was time for dessert. I love sweet dessert. Sweetened Pear and Sea Coconut with Rock Sugar tasted very refreshing and cooling.
