Big Nose Restaurant is a specialty serving local river fish. Fresh river fish fetches a high price because of its rareness and also for its sweet fish meat.
Fish lovers must try the unforgettable Empurau Fish " Wang Bu Liao "(a rare river fish only found in Sarawak upper stream rivers which lives on wild fruits and flowers). Average size of the fish is about 6 to 7 kg. Big Nose Restaurant serve smaller portion with the price of RM75 per 100g, 1 whole fish can cost around RM3000-RM4000 above. Others Chef Specialty dish River Patin, Claypot Braised Turtle, Casserole Soup and Sze Chuan Braised Trotter.
