Opposite G-Mart, or more specifically near the Inanam's market, Gold Leaf is located at the corner shop. I've heard about it for quite some times but never had a chance to try it out yet.

The glasses they used reminded me of my childhood memory. It looks like the old school type of glasses.

Steamed Tilapia with Assam Sauce, RM25

The Steamed Tilapia with Assam Sauce tasted just average. Although the fish was fresh, well-cooked with no pungent taste, the Assam sauce taste was just okay. Nothing to shout home about.

Beancurd with Minced Pork, RM8.00

The beancurd was smooth and had a strong soy bean flavour. However, the overall taste of the dish was just okay.

Hot and Sour Soup, RM6.00

Instead of using Ham Choy for the Hot and Sour Soup, they used Char Choy, also a kind of preserved vegetables. Taste wise, it was okay but the prawn was very fresh.

Stir-fried Vegetable with egg, RM6.00

The vegetables portion wasn't very big. It was a little bit salty.

Total paid for dinner tonight, RM48.80
