Ocean Seafood Village @ Api - Api

Ocean Seafood Village is one of the best seafood restaurant in town which caters mostly for tourists. For us, the locals in KK, we only dine at Ocean Seafood Village during special occasions. Recently, me and my friends were having a gathering dinner and we chose Ocean Seafood Village as our gathering's venue.

Fresh Lobster (Muahaha...evil laugh)

We ordered a lobster and the meat was cooked with butter sauce. The lobster had a succulent taste. The butter sauce was fragrantly good and creamy but doesn't overwhelmed the taste of the lobster.

Then, the Lobster Shell was cooked in broth. It taste sweet and savoury with strong lobster taste. Yummy!

We also ordered the Salted Fried Mantis Prawn. Don't be surprise to see the huge Mantis Prawn! It was meaty and tasted good.

Another dish of the night was the Scallops with Black Bean Sauce. It had a scrumptious taste. Very flavourful. However, for fresh seafood, I still preferred it to be steamed and the sauce flavour to be light.

The only vegetables dish of the night was the Stir-fry Sabah Vegetables with Garlic. It's a tourists hot-pick dish but we, as a Sabahan, also love it very much.

The total bill of tonight dinner (including drinks) was RM700 but discount was given, so, we just payed RM660.
