Traditional Recipe Restaurant serves an array of Chinese food and delicacies, with a variety of noodle, rice, porridge, soup, dumplings and side dishes. homemade dessert also available here, traditional tea, cold and hot beverages, ice blended and even liquor beverages. Currently they have two branches, one in Kuchai Lama and another in Kota Damansara. The restaurant is decorated with many wooden ornaments and newspaper cuttings of food reviewed they had featured in.

Generous portion of noodle and also the soup is tasty. Colourful noodles (natural coloring green from vegetable juice and ogirginal white) were cooked well with texture and held form.

I just like the thickening broth and tasted even better with added vinegar..slurp!
 
 
 
Chicken, Century Egg Porridge, RM6.80
Smooth porridge, with well flavor chicken pieces and century egg....good!

Very crispy, spices aromatic and tasty meat roll.
 
 
Hakka Yam Abacus, RM6.50
My favourite Hakka Yam Abacus...thumbs up dish! It's not easy to find this dish nowaday, as it's a tedious task to prepare the dish. Hakka Yam Abacus is made out of mashed yam mixed with flour and then shaped. Then were stir-fried with dried shrimps, shredded chinese mushroom, chinese preserved radish and top with lots of Chinese parsley.
