Introducing Geographer Restaurant n Bar:

Executive Chef - CLAUDIO GIOVANNI

An Italian chef who has been residing in Malaysia for the past twelve years, Claudio Giovanni studied in Switzerland and graduated with a diploma in Culinary Arts. As a child, Claudio used to follow the chefs who worked in his father's hotel in Geneva and spent most of his free time in the large hotel kitchens. On becoming a qualified chef, Claudio worked in several restaurants and hotels around the world. He first moved to Malaysia when he was offered a job at Carcosa Seri Negara twelve years ago and has since become a resident of the country. He now lectures at the Taylor's College while running his own Italian restaurant, Allegro, in Subang Jaya and the Executive Chef for Geographer's kitchen.



The Geographer Adventure are committed to utilizing fresh ingredients includlive their live lobsters and oysters. At The Geographer Adventure, you'll get fresh, great quality and good value food.
