Restoran Yulex Yong Tau Foo @ Taman Cheras (Yulek)

This Yong Tau Foo stall has been around for more than 25 years so I'm armed with the strong recommendation whenever anyone is craving for yong tau foo but this time I dine at their coffee shop instead, most patrons still prefer to eat at their stall. A cooler, cleaner and comfortable environment eating at the shop.

Deep Fried Yong Tau Foo, RM1.10 per piece x 2
How do you differentiate a good yong tau foo from the other? Well, fresh ingredients, tasty soup and special chilli and sweet sauce. While all the vegetables, tofu, fried beansheet are fresh, have you ever seen such generous and bulky fish paste stuffing. Every piece of yong tau foo is full of bite and when you dip it into the chilli and sweet sauce, you get a complete satisfactory taste of what good yong tau foo should be like.
