Maggi Goreng Telur Mata Kerbau
Telur Mata Kerbau (West Malaysia) or Telur Mata Lembu (East Malaysia) could be literally translated as Bull's eye, however, to a mamak stall, it would bring a meaning of Sunny Side-up Egg. Maggi Goreng Telur Mata Kerbau consists of instant noodle stir-fried with cabbage, choy sum and egg, seasoned with curry seasoning, served with Sunny Side-up. Simple yet deliciously good.
Roti Canai
Roti Canai is a staple food which can be consume all-day-long. The crispy and chewy texture of the dough as well as the flavoursome dhaal/curry's gravy made the dish tasted so enjoyable.
Roti Telur
For more fragrant and fluffy texture, egg could be add to a normal Roti Canai, and thus, it's named as Roti Telur. Simply delicious.
