Pan-fried Scallop
An opaque and creamy looking scallop was pan-fried, with a firm and tender texture. Scallops are one of the most delicious to come from the sea, which has a natural sweet flavor and this is insanely and fabulously good!
 
Breaded Honey Tiger Prawn
Deep fried breaded prawn with chili dipping. Crispy and sweet with firm texture....thumbs up!
 
 
Soup: Fresh black mussels soup mediterranean style
Ahhh...smell of seafood, fresh mussel with a little chewy texture, top with bruchetta bread.
 
 
Main Entree: Grilled Salmon with Tempura Baby Crab
Fresh and fleshy salmon, tasted just right...still will melt in your mouth, perfect cooking skill and it's served with a good matching tempura baby crab....thumbs up!
 
Tempura Soft Shell Crab with leek and rocket salad
Crispy and nicely flavor baby crab, tasted perfect with leeks and rocket salad.
 
Main Entree: Grilled Rib-eye steak ala Americane
Medium rare, perfectly done! Juicy, fresh rib-eye and this is good to go with the house red wine.
