Stir-fry Shanghai Nian Gao in Hokkien Style
Apparently, Shanghai Nian Gao (New Year cake) has a combination of soft and chewy texture. Stir-fry in Hokkien style, it created a creamy, sweet and savoury flavour to the Nian Gao. Used mainly pork, pork croutons, seafood and cabbage as ingredients, the dish not only tasty but also fragrantly good.
