Grilled Fish
Lightly coated with batter, the fish was grilled to perfection and topped with an adequate amount of chili paste and onion. Crispy on the outside while juicy on the inside, the spicy and sourish fish tasted so good to go with rice or as snack.
Claypot Beancurd with Chicken
Smooth and tasty homemade beancurd cooked with chicken, prawn and assorted vegetables, served in a claypot. It is a flavourful and heart warming dish.
Sweet and Sour Chicken
The chicken fillet was still crispy despite that it was coated with the sweet-sourish sauce. With cucumber, onion and capsicum as condiment, these dish was refreshing and appetizing.
Potato Leaves and Egg Soup
Savoury soup cooked with sweet potato leaves, egg and chicken. The taste was pretty average. Nothing to be shout home about.
Bittergourd with Black Bean Sauce
