Japanese beancurd cooked with chicken and assorted vegetables in thick gravy, created a flavourful and delicious combination. A good dish to go with rice.

'Mak Zhap' Chicken or Dark Sauce Chicken is a pre-fried chicken coated with sweet sauce. The chicken was crispy and nice.

Smooth, fresh and well-cooked fish. The bean paste sauce tasted sweet and sourish with a hint of saltiness goes very well with the steamed fish.
