We are sending mom to KKIA today. Lots of people who took Airasia flight to KK, thought that Sabah only had a lousy airport. Little do there know that we actually had a beautiful KKIA airport. Even my mom was amazed by our new KKIA airport.
Since we were there early, Angeline took the chance to snapped some photos of KKIA.
Angeline and I haven't had our lunch yet. We went to McDonald with mom to have some burgers. I ordered my favourite McChicken while sis ordered the Spicy Chicken McDeluxe.
After sending mom to airport, we head off to the gym immediately as I had a class at 5pm. We reached Citymall around 4pm, so we dropped by at Olde Station to had our favourite 3 in 1 drink.

For your information, McD spicey chicken is more higher in fat cotents and calories, although is chicken breast but with the skin on, around 650 calories. McChicken will be a better choice with only 470 calories +/-. 650cal you will have to do my studio cycle for 70-75mins, that haven't include the fries and soft drink yet.

YOYO CAFE @ Damai, Centrepoint and Lintas

Yoyo Cafe is one of the best bubble tea chains cafe in KK. They have three branches which is located at Damai, Centrepoint and Lintas respectively. I love their Pearl Jelly Honey drink and their Red Bean Ice Blended while Jack love their Peppermint Milk Tea and Almond Milk Tea.
