Home around 3:30pm, took a nap. I woke up at 7:30pm then make a move to 1Borneo for dinner, well you guess right, HK Recipe again. You will always go right if you order their wonton or shrimp noodles and their BBQ meat, is yummy but not great. Today service was quite good and fast, just have to wait about 10minutes, if you want a quick meal make sure you order food that are prepare from noodle counter and not from the Tai Chow kitchen on level 1 cause you'll have to wait for a long time.
Lemon Drink, RM3.80
Grass Jelly with Lychee, RM5.50
BBQ Meat Combination (S), RM15.00
Shrimp Dumpling Spinach Noodle, RM7.80
Fish Maw Mee Hoon Soup, RM10.80
Today Meditation
What we are talking about is learning to live in the present moment, in the now. When you aren't distracted by your own negative thinking, when you don't allow yourself to get lost in moments that are gone or yet to come, you are left with this moment. This moment, now, truly is the only moment you have. It is beautiful and special. Life is simply a series of such moments to be experienced one right after another. If you attend to the moment you are in and stay connected to your soul and remain happy, you will find that your heart is filled with positive feelings.

Awesome post.
Question for you: I am planning in the long run to visit numerous gastronomic city and mount a documentary on their top best restaurants. What would be to you, the top 10 best restaurants of where you are currently? It doesn't matter what food that is, as long as it's upscale fine dining.
Thanks

Hmmm, sorry S L loyd, if you're talking about upsclae fine dining in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, East Malaysia, not many here, most are in the Hotel and Resorts. If you're going to Singapore then you can maybe leave a comment for my team member "Sniff" she's did all the post in Singapore and some Kuala Lumpur and mostly are fine dining food. Sorry, we'd just started blogging, our blog just coming to 5 months old, I have not really venture into upscale food yet :)
