It's about time to go on long holiday, the gym is getting really quite this few days, everyone already on holiday mood. Well, we finished from the gym around 9pm, drove to Alamesra to try out some new Malay restaurant there. As we drving through Sinario Cafe 2, we decided to turn back and eat there cause we saw the cafe is quite crowded, must be good. Kind of felt like we are in KL again, relaxing Mamak Restaurant feeling, nice! Service was quite good, food that we order came quite fast except the Tandoori Chicken and Naan, I guess they forget the order, but never mind we already quite filled up, just wanted to try it since we are here. Hmmm the Tandoori Chicken was too salty and hot, but the Naan was really good and same goes with our other dishes, good, sometimes Malay restaurant can cooked better then the Chinese. Portion size was just right to go with rice for 1 person. Will definitely go back to this place again, would like to try their western food and I really like this place, relaxing chatting environment, give me the KL mamak feel.

Today Meditation:
Sometimes we forget to pay close attention and because we're not doing so, we forget what we're missing. Paying close attention to anything in our lives helps to remind us of the beauty and wonder of this world, two elements of our lives that thoroughly enrich our experience here on this planet. But only if we allow it to, and we can allow it to only by paying attention to it.
Stop today and look. Learn. Appreciate. See. Touch. Feel. Looking closely is nothing more than using our powers of observation, a gift that we were given that we let lie unused far too often. If we do this, the world becomes an awesome, incredible place.
The moment one gives close attention to anything,
even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome,
indescribably magnificent world in itself.
