Lunch, Claypot Kitchen @ Brem Mall, Kepong and Dinner at Home

As usual, at 7:30am I'm already at the gym getting ready to do my own indoor cycling. Today I did 56 mins cycling, burned 530cals. Shower and start working at 9:30am
SCHWINN AC Performance Indoor Cycling bike, I would like to own this bike, it cost around RM7000+. Dynamex or DHGym is the main distributor for Schwinn bike, my boss, maybe can get discount from him, haha.
Today, Mr.Ng from I.T. department buy us lunch. "Thank you Mr.Ng". He suggested Claypot Kitchen so we just tag along. Today lunch cost around RM50.00.

Claypot Porridge "Teng Chai Chuk"
Joyce order this, she said it taste like baby food and she don't like it at all, take her a very long time to finish.
Chinese Wine Chicken Noodle
I like it better if it taste sweeter, anyway, it wasn't bad at all,chicken still tender and juicy and noodle very springy.
Claypot Chicken Rice
Mr.Ng said it was good, no complain, he finish his food fast.

Sandy, our account lady order this, I've tried this before, very big portion and can taste the savoury wok, fish paste was fresh as well.

Home for Dinner at 8:15pm

After settling some issue at the gym, I pack my stuff and heading home. It's raining, so I took another route to avoid the traffic jam but have to pay toll RM1.50, better than stuck in the traffic for 30mins. I was planning to go bank, to settle some payment, but the traffic was bad, so I just head home straight. Mum is serving dinner as soon as I reach home. Home = Happiness :-)

I hate cauliflower, but I finish his dish anyway, I ask mum not to cook this for me again.

YOYO CAFE @ Damai, Centrepoint and Lintas

Yoyo Cafe is one of the best bubble tea chains cafe in KK. They have three branches which is located at Damai, Centrepoint and Lintas respectively. I love their Pearl Jelly Honey drink and their Red Bean Ice Blended while Jack love their Peppermint Milk Tea and Almond Milk Tea.
