I had my late lunch here at 4:00pm ,after finished teaching my Sunday class, can you imagine is 35Degree Celcious out here, hot weather and I'm having bak kut teh. I'm quite a regular here, but most of the time I just buy take away on my way home. I guess this is the only Bak Kut Teh shop that serve chicken and fish for their bak kut teh, additional from their regular pork, innards and pork meatball. You also have 3 flavors of soup base to choose, original (lite), pepper (spicy) and tang gui (heavy herbs) with small additional cost to add on. Well, it wasn't the best BKT in town, but good enough for me, I'm not a very picky type of person when come to food but I do know what's good, great, best and excellent! We had to eat to live, so food are important to us, if we eat well we live well!
My late lunch, Fish Bak Kut Teh meal (original flavor)

Beancurd "Taufu Pok", RM0.80
Condiments: Chilli and Garlic, free

I had my late lunch here again at 4pm, after teaching, I ordered Chic Kut Teh, few tables were seated with patrons, not sure they're having a snack for tea-time or late lunch like me. Convenient for me to dine here cause is on my way home, need to fill up some quick energy back in my system. Some gym members said I'm losing more weight, I guess that's because I've started to teach the real extreme yoga, stretched until my muscle teared and out of energy, poor members, I worked them so hard.
Chic Kut Teh, RM7.00
Lettuce with oyster sauce, RM4.00
Yau Char Kwai, RM0.80
Tau Foo Pok, RM0.80
Steamed Rice, RM0.80
Total paid, RM15.00

Today Meditation:
Your living is determined not so much by what life
brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so
much by what happens to you as by the way your
mind looks at what happens.
John Homer Miller
Attitude is more important than the past,
than education, than money, than circumstances,
than what people do or say.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill.
Charles Swindoll
