KFC-Junk food day and Movie "Edge of Darkness" @ 1Borneo

Today is a day for junk food. Like everyone else, we love fast food like KFC and McDonald. We went 1Borneo to watch movie today. Before our movie, we had lunch at KFC.

Snack Plate with Large Fries, RM13.75

Needless to say, the Hot and Spicy Chicken was delicious. We actually preferred this than the Original Chicken as it is less oily more crunchy.

Dinner Plate with Cheezy Wedges, RM16.80

Cheesy Wedges is one of the must-have side dish for Jack. He love the cheesy bite of the wedges. Fattening though but only once in a while.

After our lunch, we went to watch Edge of Darkness. The storyline was quite good but the beginning part was kind of draggy. Anyway, it is good to enjoy a relaxing Saturday.

Today Meditation:

Integrity is not a conditional word. It doesn't blow in the wind or change with the weather. It is your inner image of yourself, and if you look in there and see a person who won't cheat, then you know you never will.
