Red Eggs and Ginger
Following the Chinese traditions, during a baby's full moon (one month birthday), Red Eggs and Ginger are the 'must-have' food for the celebration.

The setting was so nice.
Four Seasons/ Chinese Cold Platter
The dish had four different types of food. There are hardly any cold food in there and it's more like the Chinese's version of appetizer. Taste wise, it was not bad.
Roasted Chicken
The Roasted Chicken was not bad. Nothing to be shout home about. Anyway, chicken is one of the must-have dish for Chinese during special occasion.
Shark Fin Soup
The Shark Fin Soup is one of the Chinese's favourite dish. Shark fin itself is actually tasteless, however, when eaten together with the starchy soup which contained eggs and crab meat, it tasted good. To me, I like to add-in some black vinegar for some extra flavours.

Broccoli and Mushroom
Steamed Fish with Ginger
The fish was well-cooked and tasted fresh. It doesn't tasted fishy because plenty of ginger were used to covered the fishy taste.
Prawns cooked with Dark Sauce
The Prawns were fresh. Meaty with succulent taste. The dark sauce which tasted a little sweet made the prawns tasted extra flavourful.
Fried Rice with Salted Fish
In case we are still hungry, the last dish served before the dessert will always be some staple food. The Fried Rice with Salted Fish was good but we couldn't finish it as we were very full.
Pancake and Jelly
Finally, the dinner ended with some desserts. The Pancake and Jelly was nice. We just have a bite on each of the dessert.
Sweet Soup
The Sweet Soup tasted okay. A little bit too sweet to my liking. Probably because I was very full and couldn't fit-in anymore food.
Almost forgotten the Birthday Cakes. It is Angelene's favourite cake. It was the moment that she had been waited for. The cakes were served at the end of the meal.
