Cleanliness: 3/5
During dinner hours in KK, there are not plenty of Chinese Chicken Rice's stalls available. Kedai Kopi Swee Kee which specialize in Hainanese Chicken Rice was one of the newly open restaurant in Foh Sang. When I reached around 8pm, they were not plenty of Roasted Meat left, guessed that their business must be good.

Steamed Chicken Rice
The Steamed Chicken was smooth and the meat was firm, even though it was chicken breast. Apart from that, there is nothing great to be shout home about.
Char Siu Rice
As for the Char Siu, I requested for lean meat. The Char Siu was well-marinated and roasted to perfection with a very minimum of char-grilled parts. The sweet sauce tasted just nice as a condiment to the Char Siu.
When comes to Chicken Rice, the most important element will always be the sauteed rice. The rice here was great. Long grain rice cooked with chicken lard and chicken stock. Flavour was light but every single grain of the rice was nicely coated with chicken lard which explained the shiny mild yellowish colour on the rice. The great aromas of the rice is just irresistible.Baby Kailan with Oyster Sauce
The Baby Kailan was well-cooked. Not oily and tasted pretty good.
Spicy Chili Sauce which bring extra flavour to the Chicken Rice
