Kedai Kopi Hong Seng which located at Kolombong is famous for its good food, huge portion and cheap prices. Some of the signature dishes of the restaurant included the Curry Assam Fish Head, Nam Yue (Red fermented beancurd) Chicken/ Pork as well as the Pork Chop.

With its huge portion, fresh fish head and plenty of vegetables, the Assam Fish Head definitely caught our attention. The spices flavour was mild, tasted a little sourish and not too spicy. The brinjals and ladyfingers drenched in the gravy, it just tasted so good. 3.5/5

Fish Fillet in Sweet and Sour sauce, RM18.00

Thick fish fillets coated with a thin layer of batter and deep fried. Every bite was so meaty while the sauce was appetizingly good. 3.5/5

Stir-fried Bittergourd with egg, RM8.00

The Stir-fry Bittergourd with Egg tasted more like a homemade dish. Thickly sliced bittergourd perfectly cooked to remain its crispiness while fragrantly good with egg's flavour. 3.8/5

Stir-fried Cabbage with dried shrimp, RM8.00

Crisps of the Cabbage was maintained while its tasted sweet and juicy. Stir-fried with dried shrimp, the savoury taste just make it tasted good. 3.8/5

Kung Po Chicken, RM10.00

Chicken fillets stir-fried with dried chili, onion and ginger, seasoned with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and black vinegar. Savoury, sweet and spicy with a mild tang of sourish taste. 3.8/5
