Sorry for not be able to update the blog promptly. This post was actually long due in the draft as I couldn't find some time to get it written and publish.

Previously, during my boyfriend, Desmond, birthday's celebration, we had dinner with friends at Supertanker.

Sweet and Sour Fish

To order a dish that is suitable for everyone taste buds, I guessed you wouldn't goes wrong with Sweet and Sour Fish. Fresh fish fillets coated with thin layer of flour and bring to fry till crispy. Then, topped with Sweet and Sour Sauce. It was one appetizing dish.

Chicken

The Chicken was cooked with two different styles. Half of the dish were Grilled Chicken and another half were Lemon Chicken. You get to taste two types of flavour in one dish.

Butter Prawns

We love seafood. The Butter Prawns was fresh and had a succulent taste that keep us wanting more. Delicious!

Choy Sum

Yam Basket

I like the Yam Basket. Although the Fried Yam Basket tasted a little greasy. It was good to go with the assorted fried vegetables and meat.

Fried Beancurd

Crispy beancurd eat with mayonnaise. Yummy!

Fish Maw Soup

After the dinner, it is time for the birthday's boy to cut the birthday cake!

It was his 33 years old birthday!
