Mum's cooking dinner, Northpoint Residences Mid Valley City
Dinner at home 10/07/2010
Today I have plan to go back to D'Rich King Of Food again but mum already cooked dinner, so I have to eat dinner at home. I didn't stuff myself until too fulled up cause I'm still going for the next round, according to my plan. Earlier today I did a 90mins indoor cycling class, instructor - Alex at Celebrity Fitness Mid Valley, well, only manage to burn 600 calories. Then I had a lunch appointment with my gym buddy "Penny", we went for Japanese food. I guess today I ate the most. Must go for a workout tomorrow morning, I would like to keep my body shape now, don't want to lose and put on any weight, maintaining is the hardest.

My favourite soup, mum did a good job, no bitter taste and lots of pork bone was used to boil this soup, absolutely flavourful, good to kill heatiness
Steamed Fish with Soy Sauce
Fish was steamed for 20mins, meat was tender and juicy, right timing, but I like tilapia fish in spicy bean paste sauce more Braised Pork Leg with vinegar and ginger
Well, the best ish for this dinner, we clean up the whole dish, right sourish flavor, sweetness...yummmy!
