Massage and Weight Loss

A quality massage can help you lose weight and  make your exercise movement much easier. If you’re physically uncomfortable moving, weight loss isn’t going to be easy. Massage therapy reduces delayed onset muscle soreness, keeps muscles tuned up and eliminates the tension before it get a chance to turn into an injury.

Advanced massage techniques can help improve a person physical appearance and mobility, making weight loss more accessible.

Lymphatic drainage massage technique aims to reduce water retention and swelling, specifically swollen ankles, legs, and waists. If you feel like you're retaining water, lymphatic drainage is a fantastic tool to flush out the extra fluid and make you feel less puffy. Lymphatic drainage massage also increases women's quality of life due to stress reduction.
Another technique is a form of neuromuscular therapy which targets the tension receptors around those muscles in order to reactivate them and provide the body a release. If certain muscles aren’t engaging, you will have a hard time burning fat. The reactivation can ease pain and improve muscles engagement lead to a more tone up body.

Massage technique that improve your physique is postural balancing. If a person shoulders are slumped forward, the torso will have a hard time getting in shape and they'll be prone to rotator cuff injuries and headaches. Massage that opens the pecs and releases the base of the skull, it let the shoulder blades to slide together behind the back and the neck can lengthen, with this simple process it can transform a hunchback to leave a triangular upper torso with a open chest and a long, lengthen neck. As for the lower back is too arched will leave a belly that no amount of sit ups can beat. Massage techniques that help realign your pelvic tilt will get you a long waist and abs that appear flatter.
Exercise and eating healthy alone won’t make any benefits if you aren’t going for massage on a regular basis. Scheduling massages as regularly as will fit into your budget, somewhere between once a month and once a week.
Just remember that lying on that massage table alone won’t get you major results, but when combined with exercise and a healthy diet, it can certainly help you reach your goals.
