Masters Tour of Chiang Mai 2018 & Cyclists Accommodation - Vanilla Residence Chiangmai
Started since 2011, the Masters Tour of Chiang Mai will now be held for the 8th time. Over the years, it has developed into a major challenge for both amateur and age group road cyclists from all over the world. With its high profile, the 4-stage race attracts an increasingly competitive range of riders. In recent years, we could welcome many Thai, Singaporean or other countries’ National champions – both elite and age groups – and even the reigning world champion of the “UCI Masters World Championships”.
This multi-national competition has got something in it for everyone: there is a sprinters’ stage, a technically challenging 5 km circuit race, a climbers’ stage as well as the ultimate challenge: the famous 11 km climb up to Doi Suthep, the city’s foremost Buddhist pagoda, reigning 650 m above the “Pearl of the North”.
So it’s in a spirit of fun and friendship, that all riders come together in October each year to crown their toughest.
